For at sikre at kroppen f\u00e5r den reneste og bedste n\u00e6ring.<\/li><li>Skab en behagelig og afslappet atmosf\u00e6re i forbindelse med dine m\u00e5ltider. For mange mentale stimuli vil belaste milten, og en milt i topform er afg\u00f8rende for en optimal ford\u00f8jelse.<\/li><li>Spis med gl\u00e6de. <\/li><li>Spis j\u00e6vnligt, mellem tre og fem gange om dagen. Dog ikke sm\u00e5spisning hele tiden, da det belaster milten, som i kinesisk medicin er det organ der transformerer mad og drikke.<\/li><li>Skynd dig ikke med m\u00e5ltider og tyg hver bid grundigt (mellem 10 og 15 gange). Hvis du spiser for hurtig vil du belaste milten, som har stor indflydelse p\u00e5 ford\u00f8jelsen og optagelsen af maden.<\/li><li>Spis morgenmad som en konge, frokost som en prins og aftensmad som en fattig. S\u00e5dan lyder et gammel mundheld fra kinesisk medicin. I kinesisk medicin siges det, at f\u00f8de og v\u00e6ske f\u00f8rst ankommer til maven og denne &#8216;r\u00e5dner&#8217; og modner maden, hvorefter milten kommer p\u00e5 banen og transformerer og transporterer f\u00f8den og v\u00e6sken. Maven og milten har deres h\u00f8jeste energi tidligt p\u00e5 dagen og vil v\u00e6re mest aktive her. Mavens energi er h\u00f8jest mellem klokken 7 &#8211; 9 og miltens energi er h\u00f8jest i tidsrummet klokken 9 &#8211; 11. Derfor giver det god mening, at spise de st\u00f8rste m\u00e5ltider tidligt p\u00e5 dagen, da energien til ford\u00f8jelsen her er st\u00f8rst.<\/li><li>Stop med at spise, n\u00e5r det smager bedst. Herved undg\u00e5r du overspisning, oppustethed og v\u00e6gt\u00f8gning.<\/li><li>Drik kun sm\u00e5 m\u00e6ngder v\u00e6ske til m\u00e5ltider. For meget v\u00e6ske sammen med m\u00e5ltider eller lige inden eller lige efter, kan sv\u00e6kke ford\u00f8jelsen. I kinesisk medicin siger man at for meget v\u00e6ske til m\u00e5ltider vil oversv\u00f8mme milten, s\u00e5 den sv\u00e6kkes i sit arbejde med at transformere og transportere f\u00f8den og v\u00e6sken.<\/li><li>N\u00e5r du sammens\u00e6tter et m\u00e5ltid, s\u00e5 indt\u00e6nk din individuelle konstitution. Hvad har netop din krop brug for?<\/li><li>V\u00e6lg r\u00e5varer i forhold til \u00e5rstiden (at v\u00e6lge lokalt dyrkede afgr\u00f8der efter \u00e5rstiden er ofte en god m\u00e5de).<\/li><li>Hvis du f\u00f8lger en vegetarisk di\u00e6t skal du sikre dig, at den indeholder tilstr\u00e6kkeligt med varmende f\u00f8devarer; for\u00f8g m\u00e6ngden af st\u00e6rke krydderier (<em>p\u00e5 engelsk<\/em> acrid spices) i koldt klima.<\/li><li>Sid oprejst og afslappet, mens du spiser. <\/li><li>G\u00e5 100 skridt efter hvert m\u00e5ltid. Et gammelt kinesisk mundheld lyder \u201cFan hou bai bu zou, huo dao jiu shi jiu\u201d (\u98ef\u5f8c\u767e\u6b65\u8d70\uff0c\u6d3b\u5230\u4e5d\u5341\u4e5d). Dette  kan overs\u00e6ttes til, \u201chvis du g\u00e5r 100 skridt efter hvert m\u00e5ltid vil du leve til du bliver 99 \u00e5r&#8221;. At g\u00e5 100 skridt efter hvert m\u00e5ltid vil gavne ford\u00f8jelsen, da der vil ske en acceleration af de mavesafter og enzymer som er ansvarlige for nedbrydningen af maden til brugbare bestanddele for kroppen. Den lille g\u00e5tur vil booste kroppens metabolisme og forbr\u00e6nde lagret fedt og kan p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de v\u00e6re med til at skabe v\u00e6gttab. At g\u00e5 100 skridt efter hvert m\u00e5ltid vil ogs\u00e5 vil ogs\u00e5 s\u00e6nke blodsukkeret, fordi al muskelaktivitet vil forbruge glucose.  At g\u00e5 100 skridt efter et m\u00e5ltid vil desuden \u00f8ge blodcirkulationen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Undg\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>For meget r\u00e5 eller kold mad og tropiske frugter &#8211; Disse er energetisk for kolde og reducerer energien til ford\u00f8jelsen &#8211; Dette er et af et af de vigtigste kostr\u00e5d.<\/li><li>Iskolde drikke &#8211; Disse skader milten, som i kinesisk medicin, er det organ der transformer f\u00f8de og v\u00e6sker. Man kan sige at kroppen skal bruge for meget varme og energi til at ford\u00f8je det kolde.<\/li><li>For mange m\u00e6lkeprodukter. M\u00e6lkeprodukter er energetisk alt for kolde. De sv\u00e6kker milten og skaber fugt og slim i kroppen.<\/li><li>For meget hvede. Hvede skaber fugt og slim i kroppen og det belaster is\u00e6r milten.<\/li><li>Udtr\u00e6ttende diskussioner eller andre afbrydelser under et m\u00e5ltid (TV, radio, l\u00e6sning) &#8211; I kinesisk medicin er det miltens opgave b\u00e5de at ford\u00f8je den mad vi putter i munden og de mentale stimuli vi uds\u00e6ttes for. Hvis man fx ser TV samtidig med at man spiser, f\u00e5r man sv\u00e6rere ved at ford\u00f8je maden, fordi milten dermed kommer p\u00e5 overarbejde.<\/li><li>For meget olie eller fede f\u00f8devarer &#8211; Disse skaber varme, fugt og slim.<\/li><li>For meget sukker og s\u00f8de smage &#8211; Skaber varme, fugt og slim.<\/li><li>For meget alkohol &#8211; Skaber fugt-varme.<\/li><li>For meget k\u00f8d &#8211; Skaber fugt og slim.<\/li><li>Sene m\u00e5ltider &#8211; Undg\u00e5 for store m\u00e5ltider t\u00e6t p\u00e5 sengetid.
